Please visit your selected car park shroff office in person for registration within 14 days after this application and collect your parking privilege card (valid for one year). The parking offer shall be cancelled thereafter.
- Please submit copies of the following documents upon registration:
- A valid Vehicle Registration Document which indicates the car model that falls into EPD type-approved list; OR
- A valid Environment-Friendly Private Car Certificate issued by EPD for any car model not under the EPD type-approved list.
- Successfully registered Environment-Friendly vehicles can enjoy one year of the following parking offers:
- Parking discount of 70% for users of Environment-Friendly petrol private cars to purchase Multi-Park ticket (original price of HK$3,300); or
- Parking discount of 70% for users of electrical cars, including electric charging at specified car parks to purchase Multi-Park ticket (original price of HK$3,800);
(users of the above offers must present the parking privilege card to make monthly purchases at selected shroff office); or
- Parking discount of 50% for hourly parking at Amoy Plaza, Canton Road, Park-In Comm. Ctr., Laguna Plaza, Kornhill Plaza, Hang Lung Centre and Peak Galleria, users must present the parking privilege card along with the hourly ticket and settle payments with Octopus card at the shroff office to enjoy this offer (this offer cannot be used together with other spending parking offers).

- Cars for commercial use are excluded from this parking offer. Moreover, sales, promotion or business activities are strictly prohibited. Hang Lung Properties reserves the right to require applicants to prove that the cars are purely for private use.
- This offer is not transferable and refundable. An administration fee of HK$100 will be charged for any change of car licence number, loss or damage of access card. Our company shall have the right to request users to resubmit valid Vehicle Registration Document and valid Environment-Friendly Private Car Certificate.
- Owners or users of the registered vehicles shall note the parking offering hours and the headroom limitation of the car parks prior to visit. Vehicles that exceed headroom restrictions are prohibited to enter the car parks.
- The parking offering hours may vary due to special arrangement on certain dates and events or detours enacted by authorities without any advance notice.
- Regular hourly parking rate will be applied to any registered vehicle that stays beyond the parking offering hours.
- Registered vehicles shall park at the assigned space. For any non-compliance, our company reserves the right to impound the vehicles and charge a handling fee against the vehicle owners before releasing it.
- Owners or users of the registered vehicles must ensure the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Our company shall have the right to terminate the parking offer registration without any prior notice, impound the vehicle, charge handling fee and hourly parking charges before releasing the vehicles.
- Due to limited supply of parking spaces, this parking offer is granted on a first come first serve basis. Our company does not warrant that there will be available and suitable spaces for successfully registered vehicles.
- Owners or users of the registered vehicles are obliged to follow the parking rules & regulations of each car park as well as the instructions of car park management staff.
- Our company reserves the right to revise the above terms & conditions or terminate this promotion at anytime without prior notice.
