Our MT Program

Management Trainee Program 2012 - Your Choice for Career Development

As a responsible corporate citizen, Hang Lung Properties understands the importance of developing young talent and provides career opportunities for fresh graduates. Our Management Trainee (MT) Program, first launched in 2002, provides you the platform to learn about our business, industry and customers while you participate and make invaluable contributions to the company.

In 2005, the MT Program was revamped to a 22-month program and became more diverse and comprehensive. As a Management Trainee, you will have ample opportunities to be exposed to various business operations and supporting functions. Our Program consists of:

• Job Rotation
• Executive Exposure
• Sponsor, Mentor-mentee, Buddy and HR Pilot Program
• Monthly Progress Review Session
• Graduation Project and Presentation
• Training & Development Program

After completion of the MT Program, our Management Trainees will be arranged to different business areas according to their strengths, career interests and other indicators. To nurture them as all-round future leaders for our Company, they will have the opportunities to relocate and reshuffle to different departments in Hong Kong or any of our PRC Offices for long-term and dynamic career advancement.
