1. Can I send my resume instead of using the online application system?

All applicants must apply through the online application form. Any applications received through other means will not be considered.

2. What if I lose the Internet connection during the application process?

Your application is only successful when you receive the confirmation email. Please submit your application again if you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours.

3. I am studying overseas at the moment. Can I apply?

Yes, you can apply through our online application system as long as you fulfill our program requirements. Please refer to our recruitment schedule for different stages of the recruitment process. You will need to be available to attend all the necessary assessments in Hong Kong. We will contact candidates who are unable to attend the scheduled screening process and try to make alternative arrangements with them.

4. How many Management Trainees will Hang Lung recruit in 2012?

We do not have a quota for Management Trainee intake. The number varies according to the number of candidates we believe would be a good fit for the program.

5. Graduates of which major(s) will have a higher chance to be employed by Hang Lung as Management Trainees?

As our Management Trainee Program is a generalist program, we do not have specific requirements for the degree majors of applicants. We appreciate talents who aspire to embrace our company philosophy of excellence and achievement while demonstrating the key competencies we look for.

6. Can I still apply for the Management Trainee Program if I do not have the right of abode in Hong Kong?

We welcome talents from all backgrounds to apply for our program. The Human Resources Department will help arrange a work visa for the selected Management Trainees to work in Hong Kong.

7. I have submitted the application already but I now want to make changes. Who should I contact?

You can log into our system using the same email address through the online application form. We will process only one application from the same individual.

8. What happens next after I submit the application form?

You will receive a confirmation email after your application form is submitted. Successful applicants will be contacted for the next phase of the recruitment process.
