  • Hang Lung's investment property portfolio consists mainly of retail and office properties and currently covers properties in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • About eight years ago, Hang Lung embarked on its new Mainland strategy. As of Dec 31, 2011, Hang Lung has secured sizable commercial projects in Tianjin, Shenyang, Wuxi, Jinan, Dalian and Kunming with total gross floor area of about 2.3 million square meters.
