Project Description

  • The State-owned Construction Land Use Right Grant Contract was signed with the Bureau of Land and Resources, Wuxi in May 2009.
  • The site is located at Jiankang Lu – south of Center 66 (Phase 1). It will serve as an extended phase of Center 66.
  • Together with Phase 1, the total gross floor area of Center 66 will amount to 376,800 sq.m., forming a mixed development comprising a world-class shopping mall, Grade A office towers, a hotel and serviced apartments, and will become the landmark of the city's central business district.
