Project Description

• The State-owned Land Use Right Grant Contract was signed with The Bureau of Planning and Land Resources, Shenyang, in August 2006.
• Forum 66 is located at Qingnian Da Jie, part of the national Shenyang Finance & Trade Development Zone.
• Located on the south side of the City Plaza, a key city landmark and named the "Best National Cultural Plaza" by the Ministry of Culture in 2006. Also situated near the Liaoning Grand Theatre, the Museum of Liaoning Province and the Municipal Government Building.
• Qingnian Da Jie, known as the "Golden Corridor", runs along the centre of Shenyang and offers easy access to Shenyang Taoxian International Airport and Beiling Park, named as one of the country's national parks.
• No. 2 metro line, now under construction, will run along the Golden Corridor with subway stations at the City Plaza and Qingnian Da Jie, offering direct access to Forum 66.
• The mixed development comprises a world-class shopping mall, Grade A office towers, a hotel and serviced apartments. Its twin office towers rising above 350m will be the tallest office buildings in northeast China.
• Construction commenced in April 2007. Superstructure work is under way.
• Pre-leasing will begin in 2011.

• The "Precertification under Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) – Core and Shell Development - Gold Level", issued by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2008.
