  • Visitor greeting and registration
  • Provide administrative support with a customer-centric approach
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and coordinate conference room/ sitting room booking
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of reception area
  • Mailing support, maintain courier record
  • Maintain office utilities record
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Event administrative support
  • Manage PPE record, assist health declaration process

  • Diploma or above is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations, candidates with customer service experience in other industries will also be considered
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Committed, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, energetic, mature, positive thinking
  • Good interpersonal skills, pleasant and customer-oriented
  • Standard working hours: 9 hours in between 0830-1830 on shift roster inclusive of one-hour lunch break
  • Working location: Shift between SCBB and GALA base on roster and requirement
  • Occasional work beyond standard hours for event support may be required
