Senior Officer (Editing & Communications)

  • To handle English and Chinese editing, proofreading, and translation work
  • To conduct research and deliver findings in a coherent and organized format
  • To help execute content strategies on various social media platforms
  • To help organize and execute large- and small-scale events and ad hoc projects (occasional business travel may be required)
  • To compose professional English and Chinese correspondences independently

  • Degree holder of any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in large corporations
  • Track record in positions that demand high personal integrity and confidentiality; experience in research, editing, communications, or events organization would be an advantage
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Putonghua
  • Conversant in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; experience in Adobe Creative Cloud or content management systems would be a plus
  • A good team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills, thrives in a multi-tasking environment, and has a keen eye for detail
  • Internet and social media savvy
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for “Officer” position
