Senior Officer – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities
  • As a key member of the Group C&B team, base in the group headquarter office in Hong Kong
  • Provide C&B support at group level covering Hong Kong & China
  • Provide support in the review & enhancement of employee compensation provisions and policies to make sure we are legal compliant and market competitive such as monitor market trends and legal requirements, assist in continuous review and enhancement of employee compensation & benefit programs
  • Participate in C&B initiatives to support business growth, including salary review exercise, staff cost budgeting and HR analytics
  • Participate in the design and implementation of HR information system to streamline the workflows and processes through automation
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6years of relevant experience in sizable organizations
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. Knowledge in China Labour Law and Individual Income Tax Law will be an advantage
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Skills in power pivot, formula, charts and macros will be an advantage
  • A team player who are detail-minded, analytical, and with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
