Officer – Human Resources (Business Partnering)

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR services and solutions to designated departments/functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employment, performance management and employee relations
  • Maintain timely and accurate staff record on personal file and HRIS
  • Provide support in HR budget and planning, annual salary review process and any other regular HR exercises
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with both internal and external parties
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Conversant with the Employment Ordinances & related statutory regulations in Hong Kong
  • A self-starter with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver good quality of work
  • Prior experience in frontline recruitment is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
