Senior Manager - Service Delivery

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to provide professional & quality property management services to the assigned portfolio
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including but not limited to Government departments, tenants, service providers, Incorporate Owners and Owners Committee) to ensure smooth operation across the HK portfolio
  • Manage the performance of service providers & contractors
  • Prepare budget & execute the approved budget items
  • Manage financial matters related to property management functions
  • Co-ordinate with Technical team and other departments for renovation / improvement works and marketing & promotion tasks.
  • Monitor and ensure the contractors complied with house rules & fitting out guidance upon fitting out works at the building.
  • Strictly follow up Corporate policy & guideline and execute SOP during daily management
  • Responsible for the risk management handlings of the properties including but not limited to security, crowd control, emergency and evacuation.
  • Strategic planning to lead the team on sustainable achievement and disciplined execution.

Requirements
  • University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at managerial level in property management, preferably in commercial buildings and shopping malls
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Housing/The Hong Kong Institute of Housing is preferable, must have the qualification of attaining the Property Management Licence Tier 1.
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin is a plus)
  • Work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid experience in handling district stakeholders and government officials
  • Solid experience in handling crisis and emergency situations for scaled property / properties.
