Manager – Property Services (Sustainability)

  • Oversee and provide technical support to local technical services teams in dealing with day-to-day and proactive / planned building maintenance and retrofit work.
  • Plan, implement and review energy conservation measures of the premises
  • Coordinate with internal/external parties in assisting the Sustainability Team to prepare the ESG report
  • Review maintenance standards and logs, well-monitor contractors’ working performance and progress to ensure company’s standard is achieved.
  • Assist to formulate annual budget of repair and maintenance works, long term building asset repairing/replacement planning and capex projects and execute subsequent control.
  • Assist the local teams in planning, managing, monitoring and control of premises improvement, upgrading and alteration works.
  • Regular updating of Tenants Manual, Fitting-Out Guide and SOP to ensure compliance of green standards

  • Degree holder in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Surveying or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability field, energy management, retrofit, recommissioning, etc., at sizable high-end commercial properties including office and shopping arcade in which 3 years in supervisory level.
  • Possess recognized professional membership of HKIE, CIBSE, MIMechE, HKIS, RICS, etc., and/or relevant discipline. 
  • Holder of other sustainability/environmental qualification like LEED AP, WELL AP, BEAM Pro, REA, etc., will be an advantage.
  • Well versed with the latest relevant ordinances, code of practices and the best technical practices in the facility management / maintenance industry
  • Possess strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication and people management skill
  • Willing to travel to our properties at mainland China
  • Mature, independent and with strong leadership, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, building / maintenance information system
