OUR STRONG BELIEF IN GOVERNANCE
Hang Lung firmly believes that strong governance is the foundation
to delivering the corporate objective of maximizing return to its
stakeholders over the long term. The core of the governance structure
is an effective and qualified Board of Directors (the “Board”) which is
committed to maintaining a high standard of corporate governance,
sound internal control and effective risk management to enhance
transparency, accountability, integrity and honesty, in order to earn the
confidence from our shareholders and other stakeholders.
