2024 Sustainable Development Contribution Enterprises

Hang Lung Properties has been awarded the “2024 Sustainable Development Contribution Enterprises” at the Social Responsibility Conference for its remarkable achievement in renewable energy. Half of its operating properties in Mainland China have been powered by renewable energy through power purchase agreements. This accomplishment includes five properties in four cities: Plaza 66 and Grand Gateway 66 in Shanghai, Center 66 in Wuxi, Spring City 66 in Kunming, and Parc 66 in Jinan.

Appreciation Award from the Social Welfare Department

Hang Lung has received the Appreciation Award from the Kwun Tong District Social Welfare Office of the Social Welfare Department, HKSAR Government. This award recognizes our support for dementia patients and their carers by engaging Amoy Plaza’s food and beverage tenants in organizing Carer Cafés through the “Love·No·Limit” Dementia Friendly Program.

Best Property Safety Management Award - Merit Award and Best Workplace Infection Control Measures Award

Amoy Plaza and Amoy Gardens in Hong Kong received a merit prize in the “Best Property Management Award in Occupational Safety and Health” awards. The two properties also received the “Best Workplace Infection Control Measures Award”, newly introduced this year to recognize properties that have taken effective measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Asian Excellence Recognition Award

Hang Lung Properties Limited, for the fifth straight year, has been awarded at the Asian Excellence Recognition Award by Corporate Governance Asia. The five honors included “Asia’s Best CSR”, “Best Environmental Responsibility” and “Best Investor Relations Company (Hong Kong)”. Mr. Philip Chen, Managing Director of Hang Lung, was again named “Asia’s Best CEO (Investor Relations)”, while Mr. CF Kwan, Assistant Director (Corporate Communications), was named the “Best Investor Relations Professional (Hong Kong)”.

International Customer Relationship Excellence Awards

Hang Lung Properties has clinched four honors at the International Customer Relationship Excellence Awards 2015/2016, namely “Corporate Employer of the Year”, “Corporate Social Responsibility Leadership of the Year”, “Employee Engagement Program of the Year” and “Best Use of Knowledge Management of the Year”, all in the category of Property Management, by the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium. In addition, Academy 66, the learning and development arm of Hang Lung Properties, has achieved the Customer Service Quality Standard (CSQS) Certification Level III Strategic Business Unit accreditation.

ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme

Hang Lung Properties won the title of Manpower Developer in the ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme organized by the Employees Retraining Board. This is a well-earned recognition of Hang Lung’s outstanding performance in the categories of Leading a Learning Culture, Resources Planning, Training and Development System, Performance Management, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility in Manpower Development.

Best IR Company (Large Cap)

Hang Lung Properties Limited is presented with the “Best IR Company (Large Cap)” award at the Investor Relations Awards organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association.

Astrid Awards 2016

Hang Lung Properties has clinched three honors at the Astrid Awards 2016. The accolades include a Gold award under the category of “Special Projects: Integrated Campaign” for the Emerald Award – Go the Extra Mile; a Silver award under the category of “Annual Reports – Corporate-Non-Traditional: Dual Language” for the Company’s Annual Report 2014; and an Honors award under the category of “Brochures” for the Sustainability Report 2014.

Platinum Rating under the BEAM Plus V1.2

The Company’s headquarters, the Standard Chartered Bank Building in Central, has achieved the Platinum Rating under the BEAM Plus V1.2 for Existing Buildings from the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC). It is the first existing commercial building in Hong Kong to achieve this level of recognition

Hang Lung Properties Limited has clinched two honors at the Mercury Awards 2015-16. The Emerald Award – Go the Extra Mile won the Bronze award in the category of “Campaigns – Corporate/Commercial: Awards Campaign”. The Peak Galleria has clinched the honor of becoming the first building in Hong Kong to achieve a Gold rating of Final Assessment under the BEAM Plus Version 1.1 (Existing Building) issued by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
