Hang Lung invites experienced finance professionals to join our impactful 36-month Finance Executive Program, specifically designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are eager to explore a generalist role in finance.
This program offers diverse learning experience, allowing finance executives to participate in comprehensive job rotations across our Finance Department in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. They will gain practical knowledge in both corporate and operational finance, sharpen essential skills and business acumen to achieve sustainable growth with the Company.
Throughout the program, finance executives will enhance their leadership capabilities, strengthening their capability to think strategically and collaborate effectively. This preparation will empower finance executives to tackle complex business challenges with confidence.
Upon completing the program, finance executives will be ready to assume a leadership role, directing the finance team to new heights of achievement.

Throughout this program, finance executives will have the opportunity to enhance their capability through a variety of experiential learning opportunities and challenges. Finance executives will learn from senior leaders within our Finance department to gain valuable insights and guidance.
In addition, finance executives will participate in comprehensive training programs, including leadership development courses tailored for executive leaders, and various classes offered in the Hang Lung Academy 66.
