Academy 66 offers a diverse range of training programs to equip employees across all levels with skills and confidence – from management and functional skills to personal effectiveness training and company knowledge. We also actively identify potential talents within the Company to groom them for management positions through our leadership development program. 

We leverage the benefits of technology to facilitate the development of our employees. Our Learning Management System provides a one stop shop for employees to access training resources across the organization. We offer external digital content to enrich our training coverage and provide timely and relevant learning resources. Our training sponsorship scheme in Hong Kong also subsidizes the cost of continuous learning opportunities for external training programs, professional examinations, and memberships of professional bodies.
