Center 66, Wuxi

Hang Lung is striking a balance between the need for adding vibrancy and value to the economy and conserving China’s culture and history. Center 66, Wuxi reflects this commitment by accommodating the ancient Chenghuang Temple complex, which includes an opera house built during the Ming Dynasty (circa A.D. 1369). The construction team carefully preserved the structures of the historical buildings and reassembled them at the original site. Hang Lung is also collaborating with Hilton to introduce a lifestyle boutique hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. Perfectly blending a high-end contemporary style with local cultural heritage elements at the former residence of local historical figure, Zhang Xiaocheng, the hotel will offer guests incomparable lifestyle experiences. 

The 52-story Office Tower 1 and 33-story Office Tower 2 have an approximate gross floor area of 138,000 sq.m.

The two office towers are home to a strong mix of tenants, including a large number of multinational corporations and leading domestic firms across finance, professional services, technology, media and telecommunications industries, drawn to the towers’ impeccable design and premium facilities.

Self-operated multifunctional workspace, HANGOUT, opened in 2020, offering more choices and further enhancing the customer experience.

Center Residences is part of the Wuxi Center 66 Phase 2 development. Building on the proven success of the luxury retail mall and office establishment, Center Residences is being built to transform the central business district into a work-life hub that presents a modern interpretation of this historic city’s artistic and cultural heritage.
