Hang Lung Properties has earned the Gold iRecycle Sustainability Award at the iRecycle ESG Awards 2025. This accolade highlights our unwavering commitment to green operations, carbon neutrality, and sustainable development, reinforcing our leadership in driving the sustainability agenda.

Hang Lung Properties received two awards – the Bronze Award for the “OSH Report” for the third consecutive year and the Outstanding Award for the “Safety Performance Award (SMEs)” for the first time – at the 24th Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Award organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Council. These awards recognize the company’s outstanding achievements in the field of occupational safety and health (OSH), contributing to improving industry OSH performance and competitiveness.

Hang Lung Properties is honored to receive “Best IR by Chairman / CEO”, “Best IR by CFO”,  “Best IR by IRO (Investor Relations Officer)”, “Best IR Company”, “Best IR Team” and “Best Investor Presentation Material” awards at the 11th Investor Relations Awards, organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association. The award reaffirms Hang Lung’s unwavering commitment to maintaining strong and transparent communications with investors and to developing industry-leading best practices. 

Hang Lung Properties received the “Outstanding Award for Excellent Contribution to Sustainable Property – Promote Environmental Protection,” along with 20 of its sites earning the “Gold Seal for Contribution to Sustainable Property – Promote Environmental Protection” from the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency. These honors underscore its leadership in sustainability and commitment to fostering a green economy and livable city.

Hang Lung Properties has been awarded the Social Enterprise Supporter Excellence Award 2024 by Fullness Social Enterprises Society Limited, recognizing its contribution to the cause of ethical consumption and social enterprises in Hong Kong. The Social Enterprise Supporter Award Scheme aims to encourage collaboration between social enterprises and corporations or organizations or organizations in realizing corporate social responsibilities and creating corporate shared value for society.

Hang Lung Properties has garnered the 2024 ESG Model Enterprise Award and the 2024 Green Development Model Award at the 14th China Philanthropy Festival. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the company has won the honor at the China Philanthropy Festival, affirming its commitment to promoting the sustainability of society and the environment.
