Despite the challenges in the real estate sector, our CEO, Weber Lo, outlined in recent media interviews how Hang Lung is strategically resetting to stay ahead. Key initiatives include enhancing relevance for shoppers and tenants to keep our properties as vibrant destinations, leveraging hotel synergies within our integrated complexes to deliver holistic experiences, and attracting cross-city consumers to broaden our reach and strengthen our market presence. Additionally, we are implementing a defensive financial strategy to maintain a robust position, ensuring resilience in uncertain times.

Several projects will be rolled out in phases, including Westlake 66 in Hangzhou which has achieved approximately 70% committed retail occupancy. With the majority of our businesses generating recurring rental income, we are well-positioned for stable development.
