Following the strong performance during the National Day Golden Week holiday, Hang Lung hosted a two-day reverse roadshow in Shanghai and Wuxi, welcoming around 60 representatives from 40+ financial institutions across Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and overseas. Led by our Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Kenneth Chiu, together with other senior management, the tour featured site visits to Plaza 66, Grand Gateway 66 and Center 66, coupled with focused discussions on the improving Mainland retail performance since Q2, and our Hang Lung V.3 (HLV3) strategy.
“This reverse roadshow gave our investors invaluable, on-the-ground insights into how we are evolving our portfolio, deepening customer experience, and driving long-term value through HLV3,” said our CFO Kenneth Chiu.
Participants explored our retail, office, residences and hotel operations, as well as our ongoing sustainability efforts. A highlight of the tour included a visit to the Plaza 66 Pavilion Extension—a key HLV3 project set to open in 2H 2026 with new concepts in luxury retail, dining, wellness, and curated event spaces designed to enhance customer experience.
At Center 66, guests also toured the show flats of the newly launched Center Residences. Comprising two towers, the residences offer panoramic views of both Wuxi’s urban skyline and the Center 66 complex—a unique vantage point that captures the convergence of history and modern living, further strengthening our portfolio in Wuxi.
By offering investors a first-hand look of our portfolio and strategic initiatives, we aim to foster continued engagement, build transparency, and strengthen confidence in our vision for the future.
