Building the next generation of thought leaders who will shape the future, Hang Lung Properties has deepened its partnership with the School of Economics and Management at #TsinghuaUniversity through an inspiring Leadership Development Program (LDP). 

Since launching the LDP in 2021, we have successfully nurtured over 90 graduates across six cohorts. In October 2025, a group of 33 alumni embarked on a transformative three-day journey at Tsinghua University. This immersive experience enhances strategic thinking, deepens industry understanding, and fosters innovative approaches for business success.  

The program featured insights from Professor Fei Li, Deputy Director of the China Retail Research Center at Tsinghua University, presenting “Building a Brand with Cultural Competitive Advantage.” Kenneth Chiu, Chief Financial Officer, highlighted the importance of immersive learning during the opening ceremony. Derek Pang, Senior Director - Mainland Business Operation, delivered a lecture on “How to Lead a Customer-Centric and Sustainable Real Estate Enterprise”. Janet Poon, Director of Human Resources & Administration, commended our participants' innovative practices and looks forward to them applying these insights to drive collective team progress. 

Jonathan Ho, Senior Manager - Property sales, reflected on the experience "Intensive hours, but mind expanded. Campus was stunning. Tradition and innovation exist in perfect harmony. To understand the market, you must first learn the culture. It is the operating system. Thank you for the chance to grow.”
