At Hang Lung, we believe that building a better community requires the same dedication to excellence we bring to our properties, and that every individual possesses the potential to shape a brighter tomorrow. We see connection is the foundation of lasting value – shaped by creativity, vitality, and the power of people coming together.

Our partnership with The Hong Kong Virtuoso Chorus (HKVC) began in 2025, and this year Hang Lung Properties Proudly Presents: Hong Kong Inter-School Choral Festival Artist-in-Residence Programme, which gives students invaluable opportunities to learn from distinguished artists while growing alongside their peers in a nurturing and inspiring environment.

At the finale concert of the HKICF2026 Artist-in-Residence Programme, Mr. Kenneth Chiu, our Chief Financial Officer presented our opening address. While five primary and secondary school choirs performed 14 moving pieces, showcasing their learning outcomes and immersing the audience in a fusion of diverse cultures through choral music. The evening concluded with all performers joining together to sing "Dare to Know, Dare to Build"— a piece that holds special meaning for Hang Lung as it’s commissioned for our 65th anniversary, conducted by HKICF Founder and Artistic Director Mr. Kelvin Lau, with composer and lyricist Mr. Warren Lee providing live accompaniment.

Our sincere thanks go to HKVC for the devotion to creating a dynamic and nurturing environment where musical gifts can flourish. Our gratitude also extends to the resident conductors and participating schools for bringing a wonderful performance to all of us.

As we step into 2026, celebrating our 66th anniversary with the theme, “66 and beyond,” we look forward to cultivating more meaningful partnerships that celebrate creativity, deepen cultural connections, and enrich lives in the communities we proudly serve.
