On March 28 at 8:30 PM, we will participate in Earth Hour 2026 by switching off non-essential lighting across 27 properties spanning Hong Kong and nine Mainland cities.

With the world at risk of breaching the 1.5°C climate threshold, we know that symbolic moments must drive systemic change. In the spirit of our 66th anniversary and our “and beyond” vision, our commitment to the environment goes far beyond this 60-minute event.

Guided by our refreshed 2030 Sustainability Goals and Targets, we are turning ambition into action, for example:

• Climate Resilience:   We are among the first real estate companies in Asia to have near- and long-term targets fully aligned with the Science Based Target initiative’s Buildings Criteria and its emission reduction pathway (1.5°C).
• Resource Management: We are the first real estate company in Asia to formulate a target for biodiversity net gain (10%) on all new development projects and major renovations, supporting urban ecosystems and enhancing green spaces.
