At Hang Lung, the work we do is built on strong foundations — not just in the spaces we create, but in the people we grow.  

Since 2021, our Leadership Development Program (LDP) has supported more than 120 colleagues through real business challenges. Designed as a long-term commitment to developing the leaders who will shape what comes next. 

What began as individual growth has evolved into a connected community of leaders united by shared experience, language, and ambition. 

This year, we celebrated the graduation of two LDP cohorts. At the reception, our CEO, Mr. Weber Lo, reflected:
