Hang Lung Properties is pleased to announce that our management has been recognised for exemplary leadership in occupational safety and health. Mr. Anthony Pau, Director of Property Management Services, has received the Gold Award in the “Organization / Enterprise - Management Category” at the Hong Kong Outstanding OSH Employees Award, standing out among nearly 630 nominations from around 300 organisations.

This recognition affirms Hang Lung Properties’ vision of “Creating compelling spaces that enrich lives,” with safety, health and wellbeing at its core. Under the leadership of our Property Management Services department, the company implemented ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System across 12 major Hong Kong properties in 2023, while also integrating mental health into our safety culture to reduce work injuries and improve overall team wellbeing. We have further introduced measures such as drone inspections and quiet renovation tools to improve maintenance safety and health standards. In addition, we hosted our first “Fire Safety Conference” last year, bringing key industry partners to raise the safety standards across property operations.
