Westlake 66, Hangzhou

Westlake 66, Hangzhou

  • Nestled at the heart of the Hangzhou CBD, Westlake 66 is Hang Lung’s 11th development in its ninth Mainland city. The project will elevate synergy and interconnection with the prime flagship projects in Shanghai and Wuxi.

  • Westlake 66 comprises a 100,000 sq.m. of prestigious retail space, five Grade A office towers and a luxury hotel – the first Mandarin Oriental in Zhejiang Province. The project is completed in phases from 2025 onward, and is set to become the pre-eminent new landmark of Hangzhou.

  • The unique design of the complex echoes the beauty of the natural landscape in the perfect synergy of exquisite craftsmanship with the city’s cultural heritage.

  • Westlake 66 incorporates the city’s rich cultural heritage through the preservation of Song and Yuan dynasty relics, which will be housed in an in-mall exhibition hall. Complementing this effort, the two historic buildings at 5 Yesutang Lane and 1 Jingqingli have been carefully restored and revitalized.

Westlake 66 is situated in a prime location at the center of Hangzhou’s central business district, between two Hangzhou landmarks, “West Lake” and “Grand Canal”, well served by transport infrastructure and public amenities with high passenger flow.

Strongly influenced by Hangzhou's natural beauty, the lobby design of the office towers incorporates elements that foster a deep connection to the surrounding landscape while facilitating easy navigation across thefive buildings and creating a tranquil, high-comfort environment.

  • The Mandarin Oriental Hangzhou, set to open in 2027, will offer 194 premium guestrooms and suites, dedicated event spaces, a spa, and four restaurants, including a bar.

  • Office Tower A and B were awarded “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core and Shell Development under the LEED V4.0: Building Design and Construction (LEED BD+C) rating system – Platinum Pre-certification" by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2022.

  • Shopping mall, Office Tower C, D and E and Hotel were awarded “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core and Shell Development under the LEED V4.0 : Building Design and Construction (LEED BD+C) rating system – Gold Pre-certification" by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2022.
