Spring City 66, Kunming

Designed to “Bring the Best to Kunming; Showcase the Best of Kunming to the World”, Spring City 66 is our first development project in Southwest China. The shopping mall houses a portfolio of prestigious international and local brands; such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, CELINE, BVLGARI, and Rolex, which have established their flagship or pop-up stores in the mall. Around 30% of the tenants are making their debuts in Kunming and Yunnan Province, positioning Spring City 66 as Kunming’s hub of prime luxury.

Spring City 66 in Kunming has achieved the status of being Hang Lung’s first development to be 100% powered by renewable energy, and the first commercial complex in Yunnan Province, to achieve net zero carbon emissions in terms of annual electricity consumption for both landlord and tenant operations. To comply with Hang Lung’s environmentally friendly policy, the office has incorporated the E2 (Energy Saving & Environmentally Friendly) Design, which highly increases the effectiveness of electric and water consumption while maintaining air quality balance.

The 66-story office tower has an approximate gross floor area of 168,000 sq.m.

Grand Hyatt Residences Kunming is the first branded Residences project under the Hang Lung Residences portfolio, and is an integral component of the Spring City 66 development, which spans luxury retail, Grade A offices and the five-star Grand Hyatt hotel.

Part of the mixed-use Spring City 66 development in the heart of Kunming, Grand Hyatt Kunming, a luxury hotel brand under Hyatt Group, is scheduled to open in Q1 of 2024.
