Westlake 66, a landmark mixed-use development in Hangzhou, recently celebrated a significant milestone, with Tower E — one of its five Grade-A office towers — commencing its operations and injecting fresh momentum into the vibrant complex. “Westlake 66 Tower E ’s en bloc leasing reflects the business community’s demand for premium office space in a prime downtown location, an endorsement of Westlake 66’s premier development,” said Herman Chui, Senior Director — Office, Hotel & Residence of Hang Lung Properties. “The official launch of the office towers marks a significant step forward in our business presence in Hangzhou, further strengthening Hang Lung’s strategic position in the eastern part of the Chinese Mainland.”

Strongly influenced by Hangzhou’s natural beauty, the lobby design of the office towers incorporates elements that foster a deep connection to the surrounding landscape while facilitating easy navigation across the five buildings and creating a tranquil, high-comfort environment.

The recent addition of New Channel as the sole tenant of Tower E underscores the complex’s vibrancy and appeal. The remaining office towers will be ready for occupancy in 2026, complemented by the premium mall opening in first half of 2026 and Mandarin Oriental — the first in Zhejiang Province — which will welcome guests from 2027.

By blending authentic natural elements with innovative sustainable design principles, the Westlake 66 office towers offer a thoughtfully designed work environment  shaped by natural light, landscape views, and environmental responsibility — enriching the human experience through every detail.
