We are proud to announce the Hang Lung Sustainability Report 2025 — successfully completing our 2025 Targets and launching refreshed 2030 Sustainability Goals and Targets.

Sustainability is embedded in all aspects of our business. This report showcases progress across our four priorities: climate resilience, resource management, wellbeing and sustainable transactions. Highlights include:

• Messages from both our Chair and our Chief Executive Officer 
• Among the first real estate companies in Asia to have near- and long-term targets fully aligned with the Science Based Target initiative’s Buildings Criteria and its emission reduction pathway (1.5°C)
• 80% Mainland operating properties powered by renewable energy
• Partnered with 76 tenants on sustainability initiatives - Changemakers, representing 20% of our total leased area
• The Hang Lung As One volunteer team contributed over 73,000 volunteering hours, benefiting more than 24,000 people
• Heartfelt thanks to our teams and partners for making these milestones possible through joint efforts!
