During our annual Learning Week, themed “Empower Your Learning – for Today and Tomorrow”, we connected our teams across Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. This year, we combined the best of both worlds: alongside insights from external experts, for the first time, we also turned the floor over to our own people. 

Here is how we drove the agenda:

▪ Peer-Led Expertise: 29 colleagues across 10 different cities, functions, and seniorities stepped up to lead 24 specialized internal workshops. 

▪ Future-Proof Capabilities: Four interactive sessions equipped our teams with actionable skills for evolving industry demands—covering workplace trends, consumer behavior, cross-cultural collaboration, and AI productivity using Copilot.

▪ Creative Well-being: Hands-on workshops made space for creative thinking and personal recharge.

With over 1,300 attendances recorded throughout the week, we closed with a Friday Cheers gathering to celebrate our collective growth.
